Meghan Markle’s Latest Outing Reminds Us Of Her Suits Days

The outfit Meghan Markle rocked to one of Prince Harry’s “Invictus” events has filled “Suits” fans with nostalgia. Despite being a California girl at heart, her role as Rachel Zane on “Suits” led her to change her style so that it adapted to the TV show’s chilly setting of Toronto.

Meghan quit “Suits” over six years ago, which necessitated another major wardrobe change. This time, she had to switch up her style from working girl to ultra-chic royal. After the chaotic events of #Sussexit, yet another change has occurred in Markle’s life.

She made a move back to her sunny home state, where their little family seemed to be happier than ever. Recently, she returned to Canada to attend the Vancouver Whistler 2025 Invictus Games One Year to Go celebration. Prince Harry originally founded the games in honor of the injured, sick, or wounded service personnel and veterans.

Her presence at the Vancouver Whistler 2025 Invictus Games One Year to Go celebration was a reminder of the time when Markle’s on-camera looks, even in the chilly setting of Toronto, influenced workplace fashion everywhere. Her ability to make even the coziest looks sophisticated and elegant is a testament to her style evolution.

When the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their way to Whistler, British Columbia, they needed to bring much warmer clothes than the breezy Cali wardrobe that they were used to. The visit was made to have a meet and greet with the athletes taking part in the Invictus Games Winter Training Camp.

Seeing as Harry and Meghan actually lived on Vancouver Island in BC after they gave up their roles as working royals, visiting Canada’s west coast was a bit of a homecoming moment for them. Whistler was the perfect location for the training camp as the active service members and military veterans prepping for the 205 Invictus Games were getting the chance to compete in winter sports for the first time ever.

Harry told Town & Country magazine, “The Invictus Games means a lot to me. It has given me purpose again, to continue training, to represent my country— representing my country with honor and integrity is a big deal for me. Ever since I was a small boy, I wanted to be an Olympian.”

To kick off their trip to Canada, Meg and Harry hit the slopes on an adorable Valentine’s Day date in scenic Squamish, BC, it made us all want to see her unleash her inner snow bunny with her winter-chic looks even more.
